BizReplyBot reads publicly available pages on small-business websites so we can build a working demonstration of an AI assistant trained on that business's own published information — its services, service area, and contact details.
It does not attempt to access password-protected, private, or paywalled content. It does not submit forms, create accounts, or complete transactions. It does not collect personal information about site visitors or customers. It does not resell, republish, or redistribute your content.
It honors robots.txt, including Crawl-delay. It requests no
more than one page per second per site and reads a limited number of pages — typically
fewer than 25. It identifies itself honestly in every request.
A demonstration built from a site is automatically deleted 14 days after it is created unless the business chooses to activate it. Deletion is automatic and requires no action from you.
Add the following to your robots.txt and BizReplyBot will not visit your
site:

Disallow: /To have an existing demonstration removed immediately, email support@bizreplyai.com with the web address. We remove it on request, without question and without asking why.
